Privacy Policy
How T Bruce Studio handles information submitted through this website and its service workflows.
Effective: 27 October 2026.
Who is responsible
T Bruce Studio is the responsible business for information collected through tbrucestudio.com. The studio is based in South Africa and works with clients globally. Privacy questions can be submitted through the Contact page.
Information we collect
Depending on the service, we may collect your name, email address, organisation details, project brief, public website URL, timing information, technical context, document text, spreadsheet data and files you choose to upload.
How we use it
- Assess, scope, quote and manage enquiries and projects.
- Provide requested services and secure private project pages.
- Process transactions and verify payment status where applicable.
- Maintain service quality, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems.
- Understand website use through Google Analytics only when you explicitly accept optional analytics. Anonymous first-party destination-page arrival counts are collected without cookies or visitor identifiers when a visitor follows selected free-tool or practical-guide service links.
Analytics and cookies
Essential browser storage is used where needed for site functions. Google Analytics is optional and is not loaded until you select Accept analytics. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer and choose Essential only.
Service providers
The website uses AppDeploy infrastructure for hosting, database and file storage. Studio owner emails for new enquiries and paid managed-site activations are disabled; other service categories may use Resend for notifications. Yoco is used for supported checkout flows; T Bruce Studio forms do not ask you to enter card details directly. Some requested workflows may use configured AI services to process submitted content.
Files and sensitive information
Only submit information necessary for the work. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or highly sensitive third-party information unless specifically required and appropriately agreed.
Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to assess and deliver work, manage the relationship, maintain records and meet applicable operational or legal requirements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent.
International processing
Because T Bruce Studio works globally and uses online providers, information may be processed or stored outside South Africa.
Security
The site uses HTTPS in transit and access-controlled application services. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
Updates
This policy may change when the website, providers or workflows change.
